Fortnighly Class Timetable

Preparing for class

* Bring your own mat, towel and water to class  - (also available at the studio) 

* Light fitted clothing (shorts, tights, sports bra/top) no cossies - You're going to sweat a lot!!!

​* Please arrive at least 10mins prior to class -  studio opens 15mins prior to class 

* Arrive with an empty stomach  -  Hydrate before class 

​​Studio limited to 7 yogis, spots limited, bookings essential
