Original Hot Yoga 26&2 (OHY26&2) a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, a sequence developed by Bikram Choudhury in

the 1970's Based on the teaching on B.C. Gosh.

Classes are taught in a purpose built heated studio.  Room is heated between 36-40°C, humidity 40°

Is it Hard ?  Why the Heat ?

Yes it is hard, it is a beginners class, dont worry about your age, flexibility, fitness.  We practice to  feel better, create a strong body and strong mind.  Come and bend and stretch and sweat or maybe just lay on your mat and enjoy the threaputic benefits of being in a hot room.  This sequence improves your immune system, nervous system, muscular system, skeletal system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, reproductive system, endocrine & exocrine system, excretory system and cardiovascular system.

Preparing for class

​1. Please refrain from eating 2hrs prior​

2. Hydrate well before and after class.

3. Water Bottle (1litre minimum)

4. Yoga Mat

5. Towel to put on your yoga mat.

6 Towel if you wish to shower after class.

7. Change of clothes (if required)

8. Please arrive 15mins earlier than start time for newbies.
