WELCOME - HOW DID IT ALL START

Welcome to my site, I am very pleased to be able to share this unique property with you.

Living in Sydney, my soul has always needed fresh air, sand, salt water and a place to reset. 

Finding Jervis Bay over 25 years ago - it was love at first sight. With the whitest sands and aquamarine waters in one of the largest marine parks in the world. 

In September 2017 after losing 3 parents in 20 months. Completely feeling broken and  lost... I walked into my first Bikram Yoga Studio in Five Dock.  Many times I had pasted this studio  and wondered what is this all about

"Change your Body, Change your life, Change your mind" ...

One Monday I decided to "Go to Yoga"

​

It was hot, really hot, I was sweating, Ive got this I told myself, it is only 90 mins.. within the first 15mins I was on my mat,

I have no idea what the teacher was saying .. I couldn't wait to get out of that room. 

Reflecting later that day.. 

An inner voice told me "This is for you, you need this... this is the change that you need".

My love of Bikram Hot Yoga started.. 

​

In 2019 I had an idea ... could I have my own hot yoga studio at my beach house.. now knowing the benefits (severe asthmatic and an overlap lung disease - my breathing was better than ever) Without a doubt in my mind this practice worked ...

Could I possibly have the best of both worlds ? 

​

So I built the hot yoga studio, with the hope that the yogi's would come...  

then in 2022 I graduated as the first Australian Original Hot Yoga Teacher, under the guidance of Ida Ripley and the Original Hot Yoga Association. 

​

My guiding philosophy was simple... 

to great a hot yoga studio adjoining  luxury accomodation at one of  the most beautiful places on the New South Coast. 198 kms from Sydney. 

​

This property is for Yogi's - As a Teacher, A student or a Retreat Host.

​
